At MeetMinutes, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI-powered services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.
2. Subscription or Lifetime Deal Services
2.1 Trial Period
We offer a 14-day trial period for subscribers or paid LTD users out of our intent. During this period, you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund of any amounts, paid to us, if any.
2.2 Regular Subscriptions
For regular subscription services:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund after deducting the usage cost within the first 30 days
Unused credits do not qualify for refunds
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Proven Service unavailability exceeding our SLA guarantees
Proven Technical issues preventing service usage
Proven Billing errors or duplicate charges
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following items are non-refundable for custom implementation projects:
Setup fees and implementation costs
Custom development work
Training and consultation services
Used or partially used credits
Additionally, subscribers or paid LTD users are ineligible for a refund, even when they are in the trial period, if their usage is found to be in violation of the terms of use.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Contact our customer support team and we will try to address your issue within 24 hours.
If the issue remains unsolved within this period, we will send a refund approval email after checking for the claim falling under non-refundable cases.
We will initiate the refund from our end if the claim does not fall in non-refundable cases.
The amount will be refunded in your source payment method.
6. Payment Method
Approved Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
7. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription:
Send an email with subject “Request for Cancellation and Refund”
8. Pro-rated Refunds
Pro-rated refunds, when applicable, are calculated based on:
The unused portion of your subscription period
Actual service usage during the period
Any applicable discounts or promotions
9. Exceptions
